Education and Outreach
Gilles Wendling has presented a series of interviews on groundwater on Radio Canada.
Dr. Gilles Wendling and his team organized an education project on water, groundwater and surface water interaction and watershed management with Grade 5 Hammond Bay School (series of 5 sessions applied to Wally Creek, flowing near the school).

Dr. Wendling was involved with presentations to schools, the public and water managers, publication of brochures, posters and web pages with information on water conservation and protection (LWBC Drought Preparedness Initiative)

Dr. Wendling was a technical adviser on the steering committee for the Gulf Islands Water Poster partnership between National Research Council of Canada (NRCan), BC Ministry of Water Land and Air Protection, and the Islands Trust.
